Experience: In addition to solid General Labour experience, 1 to 2 years Telehandler and counterbalance forklift experience required.
Must be licensed to operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
Experience with a variety of machinery, vehicles, material handling equipment, hand and power tools preferred. Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.
Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
Reliable and dependable on start and finish times as it impacts the operations.
At least six months experience in a related position and environment preferred.
Graduate from a Heavy Equipment Operator Program - Training in learning to maintain and proper use of heavy equipment, would be an asset.
Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Oral communication, attention to detail. Good use of the English language. Deadline oriented. Work well with others. Good hand eye coordination. Repetitive motions required. Rotating through-out the facility as required.
Graduate with a minimum post-secondary education.
Must have a have the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing (operational, process, safety and quality Instructions). Ability to perform basic math.
