

Silco Fire & Security provides fire protection, security systems, and safety solutions for various sectors.
This team also owns the customer data including new customer creation, inspection date management, work order administration, as well as the creation and administration of installation projects and remote system monitoring services.
The core of Silco’s business is providing on-site code required inspections of fire protection systems. The Field Support department schedules these inspections and other services, in addition to being the first contact for inbound customer inquiries for various questions and needs. This department has a large influence on customer satisfaction as well as the company’s financial performance by controlling the efficiency of our technicians’ schedules.
The position is a member of Silco’s Senior Leadership Team and provides critically important services to internal customers as well as our end user customers.
