Designing and developing an engaging training course from start to finish, which may include any or all the following: graphic designs, video, eLearning modules, job aids, and assessments.
Maintaining version control and documentation of training assets.
Taking the lead in needs analysis and learner persona research to inform training design.
Assisting in organizing and structuring course content for clarity and effectiveness.

Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Operates in a solution-oriented mindset

Ability to follow design templates and style guides
Actively pursuing an Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related major
Familiarity with instructional design methodology (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Openness to feedback and iterative design processes
