Create and oversee training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed for transition.
Provide thought leadership for growing the OCM practice across Infrastructure Advisory (IA) and BV, including revenue and team growth, elevating OCM center-of-excellence, and creatively sell and deliver client-focused change management work.
Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
Design and deliver clear, targeted communication plans to support change adoption.
Mentor junior consultants and change practitioners within the organization.
Lead strategic change initiatives that drive business transformation build leadership capability, improve organizational performance, and enable sustainable change.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and project teams on change management best practices.
Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks and opportunities.
Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on adoption and engagement levels.
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum 10 years of consulting experience, with a strong focus on organizational change management.
Solution advocate that can work in large cross-functional proposal teams to identify client needs and optimize an integrated solution for clients. Travel may be required between 10-40%, dependent on project or client need.
7+ years experience in a business/consulting environment
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder change initiatives in large organizations.
Desire for Familiarity with OT systems (SCADA, PLCs, AMI, etc.) and IT systems (ERP, MES, cybersecurity)
Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
