The Grievance Coordinator oversees the inmate/resident grievance process, ensuring both informal and formal procedures comply with company and contractual requirements. They coordinate investigations, determine facts, and work toward reasonable and effective resolutions while tracking grievances to guarantee timely responses and maintaining accurate records and logs.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a social or behavioral science or a related field, with two years of criminal justice experience preferred. Experience may substitute for education on a year‑for‑year basis, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software is required. A valid driver’s license and a minimum age of 18 are also mandatory.
