Build and maintain relationships with team members across the organization at all levels
Collaborate with hiring managers to establish employment offers
Recruit diverse candidates to achieve workforce goals
Work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment and selection plans
Develop and update staffing priorities for each group
Act as the Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager for assigned business groups
Conduct weekly customer relationship meetings and update staffing reports
Refer team members to appropriate contact points for headquarters talent management services (benefit services, complaint/issue resolution, drug and alcohol-free program)
Develop approaches to identify and source needed talent (direct recruiting, Open House gatherings, Job Fairs, Internet Recruiting)
Negotiate and manage external recruiting resources (researchers, agencies, internet service companies, etc.)
Directly recruit candidates for employment consideration

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience
