Tenant Services Coordinator

Description

• Answer tenant calls and service requests, forwarding them to building operators and service providers with professionalism.
• Resolve tenant complaints and maintain positive relations, conducting daily face‑to‑face outreach.
• Update property‑management systems, create and track work orders in Angus Anywhere, and produce KPI reports on response times.
• Communicate effectively with staff, tenants, contractors, and internal teams; write and send tenant notices and maintain contact logs.
• Coordinate parking and security access, assist with tenant‑related projects, and provide backup support to the Property Administration team.
• Organize building and tenant appreciation events, maintain event calendars, and support welcome kits and satisfaction surveys.

Requirements

Our Winnipeg team is seeking an exceptional Tenant Services Coordinator to support the property‑management team overseeing a downtown commercial property portfolio. The role focuses on fast, friendly, “white glove” service to tenants and works closely with Building Operators to address tenant needs quickly and efficiently.

The coordinator serves as the main resource for external and internal partners, requiring strong communication, organization, and proactive problem‑solving skills.

• Require at least 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferably in real estate, hospitality, or retail) and strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Possess intermediate knowledge of Yardi 7S, Angus Anywhere, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
