- Manage warehouse and yard logistics in conjunction with Branch Leadership
- Loading/unloading of steps, decks, ramps, furniture and other items as needed.
- Utilize the mobile fleet app to check in/out modular units.
- Scope out work that includes painting, general maintenance and fleet care.
- Sanitize and clean modular units before they go to client. or are returned to the yard.
- Manage a network of sub-contractors and suppliers
- Prepare maintenance plans for fleet based on condition and refurbishment budget.
- Pick up material at local vendor or delivery of VAPS to customer sites.
- Inspect and provide update on condition of fleet to the Fleet Administrator.
- Manage warehouse inventory & shelving system for the branch.
- Champion the branch and company’s safety culture to our clients and vendors.

- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to pass both pre-employment and random drug & alcohol tests on demand

- 2-3 years’ experience in warehouse operations, general labor or maintenance role within the industry
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
