SW Process Manager

Description

• Driving process discussions capturing as-is and to-be processes with respect to the business needs.
• Support in departmental/organizational branding activities if any
• Liaising with sales team or delivery teams to provide necessary information needed by clients or make impactful presentations to client about processes.
• Developing and managing the relationship with delivery teams and related support functions
• Evaluating processes & making improvements to increase productivity, reduce turnaround time and costs.
• Guiding the governance teams & delivery teams whenever required and ensure they are given required support
• Delivering training to project teams periodically & on need basis
• Developing documents including training manuals, process outlines, flowcharts, procedures and policies.
• Automating process steps using latest tools/technology wherever there are opportunities
• Leading business process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Global certifications in….
• Methodologies like Agile, Scrum, PMP, Safe etc… &
• Having hands-on experience in driving workshops with different stakeholders & ability to work across groups collaboratively
• Standards like CMMI, ASPICE, ISO
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in IT / SDLC / Agile projects execution/support and developing processes for project delivery team
• Being agile and flexible to organizational business needs
• Strong hold on project and program management concepts applied to delivery projects
• Having experience in process mapping, laying down the procedures/ templates & checklists & deployment of same in projects
• Having excellent clarity of thoughts and communication skills
