Tasks

-Accurately document all installation activities. -Use a handheld device for digital data entry in an electronic work order system. -Install gas meters at residential and small commercial properties. -Ensure you and your family receive the services needed to support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. -Interact with customers professionally, explaining the installation process and addressing any concerns. -Perform safety checks and leak tests on newly installed meters. -Ensure all installations comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. -Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and materials. -Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. -Perform relights on appliances -Complete and submit necessary paperwork and report to the Field Service Leader.

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license (abstract required). -Strong customer service orientation. -Criminal background check required. -Good communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team. -Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills. -Excellent troubleshooting abilities. -Class B gas fitting license, valid in British Columbia is required. -Comfortable with digital data entry and using electronic devices.
