Coordinate telecom systems design integration across numerous contracts, work packages and stakeholders.
Coordination with the Stakeholder Management team to ensure that all required permits and approvals are achieved in a timely manner throughout the Project life cycle.
Undertake audits, reports and present findings of designer, contractor, stakeholder and project team application and adherence to engineering processes and policies.
Review of technical submissions from designers and contractors relating to telecom systems.
Monitoring & reporting on the progress and performance of the customer’s designers and contractors.
Support to Contracts & Procurement in the delivery of design to support procurement and post tender technical evaluation and award recommendations.
Liaison with customer representatives as subject matter expert and accountable person for delivery of systems engineering documentation, including presentations and reporting as required.
Coordinate Telecom systems design with other project disciplines, review project design criteria, vendor submissions, construction inspection records and startup test reports
Support to Construction & Quality delivery teams during the execution of the works relating to infrastructure electrical systems, including resolution of requests for information, field change requests, non-conformance reports and work inspection requests.
Supervision and management of the customer designers and contractors in the delivery of infrastructure electrical systems design.
Support to Start-Up/Commissioning team from the outset to ensure that start-up/commissioning and hand-over requirements are addressed early in the design process and support the conduct of testing and commissioning during the execution of the works.
Support the production of verification packages to facilitate turnover of completed telecom systems and facilities.

Ability to review and validate electrical engineering documentation, drawings, and technical specifications.
Proven experience working on large-scale infrastructure, utility, or public event/venue projects.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and resolve complex technical challenges proactively
Experience working and coordinating with multiple design consultants in a high-performance, schedule-driven environment.
Previous experience in Saudi Arabia and knowledge of local permitting and authority engagement processes preferred.
Requires bachelor's or master’s degree in telecom engineering, with 10+ years of relevant experience in big infrastructure projects.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems design, specifically telecom such as wireless and access networks, data centers, backbone cabling, data networks etc.
Working knowledge of BIM platforms and coordination tools (Revit, Navisworks)
In-depth understanding of local and international electrical codes, particularly NFPA, IBC, Saudi Building Code, Communication, Space and Technology Commission (CST) regulations, and the various Service Providers coordination.
Excellent communication, and presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
