  • Assist high level leaders with tracking and monitoring project success, ensuring any issues putting a project at risk are solved proactively.
  • Evaluate project performance and implement improvements to future projects.
  • Identify potential project risks, including scheduling delays, budget overruns, and resource constraints.
  • Work alongside and with stakeholders to stay ahead of projects and suggest out of the box solutions to project barriers.
  • Gather and collect necessary information and deliverables to track project status, and remove barriers to success when needed.
  • Frequently sit, stand and walk.
  • Communicate with clients, internal and external stakeholders, and senior management to define project requirements and expectations and secure needed deliverables and questionnaires are completed.
  • Serve as a hub of information, ensuring key issues and deliverables are communicated to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Document lessons learned and post-project reviews to improve future project management processes.
  • Assist in an execution role as a contributor to projects as needed.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns or feedback throughout the project lifecycle to make continuous improvements and design processes that are not overly cumbersome.
  • Proactively address project challenges, adapting plans as necessary to keep the project on track.
  • Establish clear project timelines, setting deadlines for tasks and deliverables, working cross functionally to help ensure deliverables are met on time.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets for all property onboardings and offboarding, managing stakeholders and deliverables across multiple departments.
  • Monitor and ensure the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations.

  • Ability to lead and motivate others
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Proficiency in project management software (Monday.com, Asana, Trello, Wrike, ClickUp, Basecamp, etc.)
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Analysis skills
  • Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
