Reading and interpreting documents such as project plans and specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Scheduling self-perform, subcontractor work and supplier material deliveries.
Communicating with the owner and client representatives.
Maintaining project budgets and complete required cost reports.
