Work with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and high standards of quality

Report project status, progress, and financial performance to the executive team and stakeholders
Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration
Proficiency in project management software and tools

Strong project management capabilities, with experience in leading diverse teams and achieving strategic objectives
A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in hospitality development or management roles
