Senior Director - Development - Hospitality (Uptown Arena)

Description

• Work with architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and high standards of quality
• Oversee all stages of project development, from initial concept through design, construction, and opening
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to drive informed decision-making in hospitality investments
• Advocate for sustainability and innovation within all aspects of hospitality development
• Foster robust relationships with hotel operators, investors, and other key stakeholders
• Develop and implement strategic plans for hospitality project development, in line with Qiddiya's vision and market demand
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with each project throughout the development process
• Report project status, progress, and financial performance to the executive team and stakeholders
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate Development, or a related field
• Experience in luxury or unique hospitality projects is a plus
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale hotel and resort development projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, consumer preferences, and industry standards in hospitality
• Strong project management capabilities, with experience in leading diverse teams and achieving strategic objectives
• A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in hospitality development or management roles
