Conduct data analysis and interpret engineering, financial, and economic results to identify technical business implications for client projects.
Assist project managers with business development activities, including proposal development and maintaining client relationships.
Mentor and train employees on technical and business aspects of projects and the renewable energy industry.
Develop and perform detailed financial analyses using various analytical software tools.
Prepare technical reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
Analyze life-cycle costs by developing and incorporating technical assumptions regarding capital, O&M costs, performance estimates, and economic forecasts.
Perform a broad range of studies, engineering, and consulting services to support the development, analysis, design, and construction of renewable energy projects (e.g., site selection and feasibility studies, Owner’s Engineer support, independent engineering assessments).
Conduct technical and business-related risk assessments that evaluate impacts associated with regulatory rules and policies.
Ensure compliance with company standards, quality practices, and safety policies.

Master Degree in Engineering or Business and 2 years of experience Required
Experience regarding development, design, and construction of renewable generation facilities, specifically focusing on wind and/or solar generation, and of electric utility systems and their operation.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related degree from an ABET accredited program or related degree and 3 years of experience Required or
Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Professional Engineer (PE) License Preferred
Prior experience associated with electric utility operations, planning, or consulting.
Ability to travel.
Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
Willingness to learn new service offerings as client needs and the market requires changes to the service offerings provided by our group
Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines and to be effective in on-site work environments.
Ability to focus on the big picture to effectively and efficiently provide services that meet client needs, while also having the ability to identify and analyze details that are critical to project outcomes.
Knowledge in standard engineering, construction, and operation techniques, principles, and procedures associated with renewable power generation facilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
Proven ability to lead, educate, and train a team of consultants and analysts in regards to renewable generation studies.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, including identification of critical path items to ensure deliverable deadlines are met.
Experience with development, design, and construction of wind/solar generation projects.
Ability to execute various renewable energy studies.
Ability to independently solve difficult problems that require adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
