Oversees kitting process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of production kits to the production area
Supports training of any new Warehouse employees or other employees interacting with Warehouse
Maintain and update key performance indicators
Ensure accurate and timely receipt of raw goods
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with ERP system
Identify and find new opportunities to improve safety and inventory control procedures
This role will support two Nampa sites and needs to be willing to travel to each in order to support the warehouse operations at both locations.
Not only maintains organization of warehouse, but also able to identify opportunities for improvement
Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and enforcing security procedures/protocols

Demonstrated commitment to achieving the organization's goals and objectives
At least 3 years experience with progressive responsibility in warehouse role
Forklift Certification strongly desired
Ability to think strategically and interact with all levels of the organization
Experience with ERP software strongly desired
Demonstrated ability to get positive results through influence, persuasion, leadership, presentations, training, and group facilitation skills
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Attention to detail
Problem Solver with the ability to innovate and improve processes
Experience in the building industry, manufacturing or high-volume logistics desired
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Basic skills with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
