A collaborative, proactive mindset with strong time-management and a commitment to quality and safety.
Proficiency in industry software such as Strand7, Midas, SpaceGass, SAP2000, or GSA, and the ability to work with 3D models.
A relevant tertiary qualification, professional membership (or working towards it), and a passion for developing innovative engineering solutions.
Strong understanding of Australian Standards for bridge and civil structure design (e.g. AS5100) and familiarity with authority requirements such as TfNSW and Sydney Trains.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills with the ability to engage confidently with technical and non-technical audiences.
