The Sales Director is responsible for driving commercial performance across a defined U.S. territory. You will lead end-to-end sales efforts, cultivate agency and client relationships, pitch high-impact media solutions, and deliver revenue growth using a data-driven, strategic approach.
- Deliver tailored, insight-led solutions that meet client objectives.
- Develop media recommendations and campaign strategies.
- Continuously evaluate success metrics and market feedback to evolve sales approaches.
- Ensure campaigns activate on time, meet objectives, and stay on budget.
- Strategically nurture relationships across agencies and brands.
- Build compelling sales stories and narratives that clearly communicate JOLT’s value.
- Contribute to building a high-performing commercial culture as the business scales.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and industry insights to guide strategy and optimize performance.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, closing, and post-campaign review.
- Identify high-value opportunities to grow market share and revenue within your territory.
- Provide feedback to improve internal processes and go-to-market strategy.
- Present proposals internally and externally, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Own your revenue pipeline and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting.
- Lead high-value contract negotiations aligned to JOLT’s commercial goals.
- Drive new business development, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Deliver performance reporting and insights to clients.
- Work closely with Marketing, Account Management, Data & Insights, and other internal teams.

- 7+ years of sales or advertising experience, ideally in out-of-home, digital advertising, or DOOH.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High-impact role with strong visibility across the business
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Business, or related field—or equivalent work experience.
- Strong industry relationships with agencies and direct clients.
- Strategic thinker with a solutions-first mindset.
- Own senior relationships with agencies and direct advertisers.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).Willingness to travel within the U.S. as required.
