All work must follow company policies, OSHA standards, and safety protocols.

The role requires candidates to be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong customer service, verbal and written communication, and organizational abilities. A motivated team‑player attitude is essential, and prior solar experience is advantageous. Candidates must be capable of safely handling equipment up to 50 lb and working with ladders and personal protective equipment.
