Requirements

We are expanding in Europe and seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team, building and operating on-demand services while gaining exposure to operations, technology management, and mobility dynamics.

• Fluent in German (C2/native) and English (C1/C2).
• Strong communicator who adapts tone to context.
• Enjoy giving advice and support over the phone.
• Willing to learn call-center skills and deliver great service.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern IT tools.
