Carrying out the administration of Concept as specified by Broadgate
Responsible for writing and overseeing all quotations for SOWGA in relation to the site, to a high standard
To create and maintain the Purchase Orders for all works related to the site
Making sure all quotations are issued in a timely manner and to all correct parties
To ensure all Subcontractor compliance and quoted works for site is scheduled and booked with the relevant clients and managers
Liaise with Procurement Administrator on orders that cannot be made from site
Liaising with relevant parties to gain any information required for quotations
Answering all calls to the site office
Completing all reports required by our client in relation to site
Liaise with all members of Sowga and subcontractors to ensure quotations are carried out correctly
Advising site engineers of all responsive, quoted and planned work, to enable scheduling and completion of work in a timely fashion
