Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Management, the Product Manager will drive strategy, performance, and evolution of the HVAC portfolio—including rental furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and related offerings. The role supports development and execution of the product roadmap aligned with company priorities, market trends, and customer insights.
- Support development and execution of product roadmap for water heaters and purification solutions
- Monitor product performance and customer trends to identify growth opportunities
- Lead pricing, positioning, and lifecycle optimization initiatives
- Assist in managing product category P&L, forecasting, and margin analysis
- Develop business cases for new product introductions and enhancements
- Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain to monitor cost structures and profitability
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Field Operations for go‑to‑market execution and service readiness
- Manage and mentor a Product Analyst on analytics, reporting, and development
- Foster a collaborative, customer‑focused team culture
