What you would be doing

Assist in scheduling tasks and managing work flow on-site.
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to achieve project milestones.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the construction crew.
Mentor and train team members, promoting skill development and teamwork.
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that arise.

What you bring

Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
Trades background desired
Ability to work under your own initiative
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Relevant certifications (e.g., White Card, First Aid) are preferred.
Proven experience in a leading hand or supervisory role within high-rise residential construction.
Trade background and Cert 3 in carpentry desirable
