Partners with Commercial leaders and functional experts (engineering, sourcing, site installation, legal, finance, schedule ..) to analyze and mitigate the risk profile of each tenders
Leverage feedback of experience from projects under execution and best practices from other businesses to maintain the highest standard of risk control at tender stage
Validates the risk and reward balance (e.g. terms and conditions, technical requirements, finance, schedule …) of each tenders
Manage the Hydropower Risk process and ensure strict compliance with GE Vernova policies and the Hydropower underwriting strategies
Lead Risk Review gates of the ITO process (R2, HRB, R3 …)

Experience in managing complex EPC projects and/or in Risk Management
High level of autonomy to organize risk activities in collaboration with the other risk manager
Master’s degree in Engineering or Finance
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to engage effectively at the executive level
Strong critical-thinking skills with the ability to analyze and summarize complex, diverse problems
Proven interpersonal and leadership capabilities in a global, multicultural environment
An engineering, contract management, finance, or project management background is a strong advantage
