- Maintain documentation, training materials, and policies that support teams and promote standardization across the organization.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive systems strategy aligned with organizational goals—ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Monitor and analyze data integrity and flow across systems; implement continuous improvements based on performance metrics and user feedback.
- Deliver training and user support to enhance system adoption, capability, and alignment with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain testing, validation, and quality assurance protocols that ensure compliance with corporate and industry standards.
- Oversee release management, coordinating planning, scheduling, and deployment to minimize disruption and ensure successful rollouts.
- Provide hands-on support and feedback by visiting jobsites and regional offices as needed.
- Lead the implementation, standardization, and optimization of financial systems and processes to improve delivery, efficiency, and data quality.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure governance, compliance, and consistency across systems and departments.
- Audit system data, resolve discrepancies, and educate users on best practices and system enhancements.
- Drive change management efforts, including communication, training, and process updates to ensure smooth adoption.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in cross-functional initiatives focused on improving systems, workflows, and data governance.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-7+ years of experience (Business Administration, Computer Science, or Construction Management preferred), or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree; 1-2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Skilled in strategic planning, process optimization, and solution design across multiple teams and functions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead through influence
- Proficiency with AEC project management applications (Procore)
- Strong understanding of construction project financials, coupled with advanced analytical and technical skills
