The Estates Manager provides corporate property‑management support, service coordination and strategic advice for a diverse estate that includes multiple offices, retail and industrial units, and other specialist interests. The role ensures efficient administration while developing client relationships to maximise profitability and generate new business opportunities for the Business Group and Colliers International.
The successful candidate will be MRICS‑qualified, act as the go‑to expert for colleagues and clients, and bring strong solutions‑focused commercial awareness. They must be proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, possess deep health‑and‑safety and compliance experience, and have knowledge of estate‑management processes, HVAC systems and CAFM reporting tools such as eLogbooks, Meridian, TRAMPS or RiskWise.
In addition to technical expertise, the role requires innovative thinking, agility and a sense of urgency, as well as excellent communication skills to listen, interpret and tailor messages to various stakeholders. The manager will lead an administrator, collaborate flexibly within a team and ensure compliance with statutory health‑and‑safety, fire and hygiene regulations.
