The Titling Reconciliation Specialist is a full‑time, hourly position reporting to the Titling Team Lead. Working hybrid (three days in office, two remote), the role meticulously oversees titling fees, corrects inaccuracies, and reports them to management for immediate correction.
The position requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and 1‑2 years of related experience. Candidates must be self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, able to meet daily deadlines, and possess strong verbal communication and coaching skills; knowledge of titling, conversion requirements and relevant systems (AS400, LINK, Velocity, Deal Tracker) is essential.
