- Proven experience in setting and delivering environmental and sustainability strategies within a complex organisation (Rail, Transport or Infrastructure)
- A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Engineering or a related field
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and represent the business externally.
- Chartered Environmental status (CEnv)
