Tasks
-Partner with the Health and Safety Manager to maintain COR certification standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements -Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and strengthening Bothwell’s position in the Western Canadian cladding market -Lead regular team and project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and ensure accountability -Mentor and develop staff to support professional growth, collaboration, and a culture of excellence -Oversee all phases of project execution, from tendering and estimating to installation, completion, and client handover -Work on high-profile, high-impact projects -Lead, guide, and support project managers, estimators, site supervisors, and field teams to deliver exceptional results across commercial and residential projects -Develop and maintain strong client and vendor relationships, serving as the senior point of contact for key accounts -Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across the division to ensure profitability and long-term sustainability -Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Cladding Division, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget -Work closely with Operations and Estimating teams to plan labour, allocate resources effectively, and resolve scheduling or site issues -Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and verify workmanship standards

What You Bring
-7-10 + years of progressive experience in cladding or building envelope systems, ideally with commercial and residential exposure -Proven leadership experience managing teams and full project lifecycles within the cladding or building envelope sector -Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to lead teams, build trust with clients, and collaborate across departments -Minimum 3 years of solid estimating experience, with a strong understanding of budgets, cost control, and profitability -COR Internal Auditor certification or equivalent safety credential is an asset -Strong financial and business acumen, with a track record of delivering profitable projects and efficient operations -Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites across the Lower Mainland -Strong product knowledge across systems such as metal, composite, and façade systems -Solid understanding of construction drawings, contracts, and scopes of work
