This exciting new Senior Project Manager – LSRP role, reporting directly to Boswell’s Head of the Environmental Science Department, will be involved in day-to-day operations leading and managing all levels of environmental scientists and engineers while also managing projects. This role could potentially lead to increased management within the Department and in time potentially overall management of the Remediation Group or Department
- Overall project management which includes leading, mentoring and guiding staff in preparing reports and deliverables ensuring that the Department produces high quality results for our clients
- Lead proposal/ business development efforts, estimates and project planning
- Many areas of coastal design projects including the preparation of State and Federal environmental permits for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), including Coastal Area Facility Review Act (CAFRA), Waterfront Development, Coastal and Freshwater Wetlands, Treatment Works Approval (TWA), New Jersey Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NJPDES), and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (ACOE) Nationwide Permits, NJDEP Fish, Game and Wildlife Permits, and NJDEP Dam Permits and Inspections
- This role also includes on-site field work, site evaluations, project management and job meetings as needed.

Due to continued growth in 2025, Boswell is offering a unique opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with LSRP Certification in our South Hackensack, NJ Headquarters.

- Current LSRP Certification is required while PE or PG Certification is preferred.
- Wetlands delineation and assessment as well as floodplain management and flood mitigation
- Specialization in State and Federal permit acquisition, wetlands delineation, as well as coastal and waterfront development projects for numerous public and private sector clients
- Boswell Academy Training
- 15+ years of experience as a Project Manager and degreed Senior Environmental, Geological, Chemical or Civil Engineer with site remediation experience
- Proven track-record of growing/developing, mentoring and managing a professional engineering Team including Project Managers
- Solid and diverse background in chemical, civil, geological and/ or environmental engineering
- Strong familiarity with proposals and project budget management
- Proven experience performing multi-disciplined environmental permitting efforts for numerous clients
Benefits
Salary Range: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 / Year
The salary range below is applicable for the job and location associated with this position. Compensation will vary based on specific relevant experience, education, certifications, skill levels, geographic location and other compensable factors.
