Excellent IT Skills and the ability to utilise digital measurement, cost planning and tender documentation tools shall be essential.
Professional Qualified – Chartered Status with the RICS.
Proven experience in Cost Management providing a full spectrum of deliverables throughout projects.
Degree Qualified – BSc or MSc – in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management.
Approach to all projects requires a high degree of flexibility and creativity, excellent presentational skills and an ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants.
NEC 3 /4 experience working with NEC Project Manager.
Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on cost, value and risk, not just cost in isolation.
