Electrical Service Manager

Description

• Lead and manage a large team of field-based electrical service staff.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee electrical service jobs across industrial facilities.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and service performance metrics.
• Liaise with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and team development

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced service environment
• Have a good understanding of Design & Construct Projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
• proficient in Cable Calc Pro & Blue Beam (Preferably)
• Sound financial acumen and understanding of service-based P&L management
• Proven experience in a similar Electrical Service Manager or Supervisory role within the industrial sector.
• Licensed Electrician (NSW) with solid technical understanding of industrial systems.
