Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Demonstrated expertise in the procurement of EPC Balance of Plant services and major equipment. A proven track record of successful supplier selection, contract negotiation, and supply chain management.
Proven Project Management Expertise: Minimum 10 years of cross-functional project management, with at least 5 years specifically in utility-scale renewable energy project development and construction.
Problem-Solving and Initiative: Demonstrated ability to identify and address complex challenges, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.
Attention to Detail and Ownership: Detail-oriented with a strong sense of personal responsibility and ownership of work product.
