Role

Equipment set up, monitoring and break down
Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
Field management and supervision of all temporary labor personnel
Complete all necessary paperwork including daily progress report, moisture logs, safety logs and diagrams
On location cleaning
Manage and maintain inventories of all equipment, material, consumables and tools
Adhere to all company best practices
Provide the highest level of customer service
Manage and maintain a clean and organized appearance of vehicle, equipment, material and consumables on job site and warehouse at all times

Excellent communicator, both verbally and written
Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire and mold) is preferred
Maintain a valid and current driver’s license
Ability to work with people in a professional manner
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time
IICRC certification for fire & smoke, water damage, and microbial remediation is preferred
Availability for travel in response to projects and/or catastrophic events in DFW
Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines
