Act as the primary commercial interface with joint venture partners, contractors, and government stakeholders. Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure consistent application of best practices.

Develop and execute commercial strategies including procurement, contract management, cost management, financial forecasting, and risk management. Lead commercial delivery in line with strategic, financial, and operational goals.
