Develop supplier management strategy to reduce and consolidate global suppliers.
Follow & adhere to the set governance mechanism, supplier performance specifically for PR/PO status, delivery performance, commissioning and Payment issues
Work along with cross functional teams on Strategic Business sourcing needs.
Work collaboratively with dispersed stakeholders to develop strategic category plans for IT & SAG supporting the Plant Teams.
Building Relationships
Responsible to handle procurement of Sales, Administration, General Expense & IT along with auxiliary consumables such as rubber components (Bladder, Flaps & Tubes etc.)
Influence decision makers at all levels by presenting business case, spend-cost analysis and performance metrics
Develop negotiation plans aligned with stakeholder desired outcomes for TCO, SLAs and key business terms
Manage process compliance during all phases of ordering to ensure that are no audit observations/process gaps
Gain alignment on sourcing and negotiation strategies and short/long term category roadmaps.
