Tasks

-Collaborate proactively with Global Tech Unit representatives, SW sales enablement -Service as a point of contract for product related inquiries -Coach field sales in the art of Land, Adopt, Expand accounts and drive ‘proof of concepts’ to steady paid engagements -Monitor, track, and report on progress of new portfolio rollout and sales activation efforts -Create and deliver training programs for sales professionals for ‘how to sell the imbedded offering’ in alignment with packages defined by sales enablement -Coordinate with the SW portfolio enablement team on timelines and messaging for rollout execution -Develop and distribute sales approach, tactics, and collateral to scale adoption of new offerings -Gather feedback from sales professionals and customers to continuously improve rollout, activation, and packaging succinctly across the assigned region -Develop and implement comprehensive rollout plans -Assist in initial sales opportunities and provide guidance, including performing product demonstrations, facilitate cyber security vendor risk assessments and questionnaires, and objection handling (battle cards usage), thereby enabling and transforming the field wide sales organization

What You Bring

-Willingness to travel 50% of the time -Spike around OT purdue model, connectivity, data flow, and basic cyber risk knowledge and OSI stack -Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly commercialization and delivery teams -Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate sales teams -Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field -3+ years of demonstrated experience in sales activation, product rollout, or a similar role, preferably in the software or technology sector -A technical background or inclination is required -Proven experience in planning and executing successful product rollouts and sales activation initiatives -Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship -Demonstrated deep knowledge of US region new projects and service business
