Monitor bank accounts, make transfers, and record journal entries as needed
Review and analyze monthly income statements for accuracy
Process accounts payable, including posting invoices
Complete bank and account reconciliations
Assist in preparing annual budgets
Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows
Maintain subledgers and post monthly adjusting journal entries
Research and resolve account reconciliation differences
Compute and prepare monthly customer billing by creating invoices and credit memos and updating internal accounting records
