The Regional Operations Support Coordinator manages the customer experience for an assigned regional sales‑rep base and oversees the corresponding sales backlog. The role provides efficient, professional customer correspondence, aims for first‑contact resolution, and builds loyalty through consistent superior service.
- Act as primary contact for assigned regional sales reps and develop intimate account knowledge.
- Coordinate daily operations for the regional rep base to meet customer expectations and company goals.
- Maintain regional order backlog to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Deliver superior customer service at every point of contact per company standards.
- Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
- Accept and process sales orders promptly, verifying accuracy.
- Source orders to appropriate distribution centers using inventory data to minimize freight cost and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Manage material requirement planning for assigned reps to replenish inventory levels.
- Coordinate customer pick‑up orders in the Will Call center by partnering with production to schedule daily orders.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve fulfillment problems.

Required qualifications include a high‑school diploma, 1‑3 years of customer‑service experience, a typing speed of at least 35 wpm, proficient computer skills, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
