Manage client audit overturns and oversee data entry into systems
Use our digital auditing platform (iAuditor) to drive our teams to complete their internal quality reporting requirements
Provide regular reporting, insight, trends and analytics to Senior Leaders
Manage internal audit requirements to meet quality standards and contract requirements
Review and analyse audits across our operational contracts
Collaborate with managers and coach teams on audit requirements and standards

Excellent attention to detail with an eye for highlighting trends with great time management
Advanced Excel, and strong technical and analytical skills (MS Office proficiency is essential)
Preferably 2+ years of experience in a similar analytical role where data analysis is critical and creating and following corrective actions is paramount
Confident communicator with the ability to coach and influence others
