The Role
Overview
Manage mixed-use CBD asset, lead team, oversee financial, leasing, and strategic operations.

Tasks
-Ensure that clients (owner) asset plan revenue and profit targets are achieved through proactive budget management. -Ensure all company and client approved risk management and safety programs, policies and procedures are enacted and adhered to. -Lead the team to develop effective and accurate asset plans, budgets and financial reports. -Deliver exceptional quality service to the client, as assessed and measured by client feedback. -Ensure all asset plan and business plan KPI’s/targets are achieved, including but not limited to, vacancy, revenue, capital expenditure, fees, net return to owner, debt and risk. -Ensure all asset plan and business plan KPI’s/targets are achieved, including but not limited to, vacancy, revenue, capital expenditure, fees, net return to owner, debt and risk -Ensure that a tenant retention program is developed, implemented, enacted and maintained. -Develop the team through performance assessments and training, managing staff workload through resourcing assessment and developing succession plans for key team members. -Lead and manage a team of property professionals and provide leadership to the management team to maximise effectiveness and efficiency and develop their strengths, skills and knowledge.

What You Bring
-At least 10 years’ experience in property/asset management, ideally with previous experience directly managing premium office assets, with a demonstrated track record of success in significant office lease negotiations. -VIC Real estate License. -Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead a medium to large sized team, coupled with outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. -Previous experience preparing detailed asset plans, complex budgets and comprehensive reports. -A demonstrated ability to add value to an office asset through identifying value enhancing and/or essential capital works, creating additional net lettable area, developing a value adding leasing strategy, etc. -A demonstrated ability to professionally present the assets both verbally and visually to potential tenants as part of the leasing process. -An intimate knowledge of the premium office sector and ideally some exposure to retail property and Body Corporates. -Tertiary qualifications, particularly in a property related discipline, are preferable. -A high level of financial aptitude, commercial acumen, analytical skills and computer literacy, with the ability to manage an independent profit centre.
