Provide field personnel and all levels of the construction management team with the services and technical advice needed for the proper administration of the Company’s HSE and Injury/Illness Prevention Programs.
Assist with Managing ACCO’s safety programs through development, implementation, and management of the Company’s safety policies
Collaborate with other managers in the division in developing and maintaining a strong safety culture within the service department while ensuring that the Company complies with all applicable federal, state, and local HSE regulations.
Provide oversight management for service HSE activities.
Work with the customer and site general contractor to ensure ACCO is in compliance with their standards and procedures
Respond, oversee and facilitate appropriate injury management and incident investigation/ communication throughout for the jobsite
Assist the Safety Director with oversight and implementation of company safety processes on the jobsite
Ensure ACCO’s compliance with federal, state and local safety laws.
Provide safety training as needed at a site level
