We’re looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to lead leasing operations across our Build to Rent (BTR) portfolio. This is a key role driving occupancy, revenue performance, and an exceptional resident experience. You’ll oversee lettings strategy, compliance, marketing, and team development, ensuring a seamless customer journey from enquiry to move-in.

Strong understanding of lettings legislation, compliance, and best practice.
Experience in Build to Rent, residential lettings, or property operations.
Customer-centric approach with strong commercial awareness.
Confident working with data, systems, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Demonstrated success in lease-up delivery and revenue performance.
