Parts Planning Intern, 6 Month Contract

Description

• Support the parts planning team in forecasting demand and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance order accuracy and efficiency.
• Learn and apply company policies, ERP procedures, and parts planning best practices.
• Generate and distribute reports on order activity, stock levels, and account performance.
• Enter and update stock order data in the ERP system with a high level of accuracy.
• Provide general administrative support to the parts planning and customer service teams.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve order or account-related inquiries.
• Monitor and maintain assigned MyLiebherr customer accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Assist in preparing documentation for internal processes and customer communications.
• Maintain organized and accurate records for auditing and reference purposes.
• Data Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Ensuring precise input and maintenance of customer and order information.
• Assist in tracking order statuses and follow up on pending orders as required.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to speak French will be considered an asset.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Inventory and Order Management Knowledge: Understanding stock levels, order flows, and basic demand planning concepts.
• ERP System Proficiency: Ability to accurately enter, update, and retrieve data within enterprise resource planning systems.
• Ability to commute to our head office in Burlington.
• Highschool Diploma is required.
