Track and report daily productivity for assigned tasks.
Verify subcontractor claims and variations.
Identify and escalate risks that could affect the safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery of activities.
You make Health & Safety a priority. You follow the rules and actively contribute to maintaining a safe work environment for everyone.
Manage quality production according to approved method statements and ITPs, monitoring construction progress to ensure acceptable quality.
Assist with cost control and estimating as required by the Project Manager.
Develop, track, and report on work schedules as needed.
Handle all HSEQ duties as outlined in the Project’s Management Plans and related documents.
Manage procurement tasks, ensuring compliance with SWC governance and authority limits.
Help maintain the project’s drawing register as required.

You’ve got strong interpersonal skills and enjoy being part of a team. Your curiosity and openness make it easy for you to adapt and integrate quickly.
You’re comfortable with the fast pace and direct communication of construction sites, and your can-do attitude helps you face challenges head-on.
You have your driver’s license, and you’re ready to move between sites if needed.
You’re comfortable using digital tools, especially Excel, and you can support planning tasks such as updating short-term schedules or reviewing project programs.
You speak fluent English and feel confident communicating in any context—on site, in meetings, or day-to-day—and you're excited about the opportunity to live and work in Australia, making the most of everything it has to offer.
You bring an analytical, detail-oriented mindset and feel confident navigating basic contractual procedures and working with different stakeholders.
You’re looking for a role that mixes fieldwork with project coordination, and you’re eager to get hands-on experience in construction.
You hold a master’s degree in civil engineering or construction and have initial experience in roadworks, railway projects, or civil engineering (infrastructure/TP), which aligns closely with the technical requirements of the role. These backgrounds are particularly relevant and will be given priority in our selection process.
