Senior Executive - Authorities -Dubai Holding Land Estates

To support urban planning in overseeing daily operations and ensure that team objectives align with the company’s goals. This role also involve high quality service delivery and maintaining operational efficiency.

• Maintain tracking sheet for all VAS applications submitted to DM & DDA including modifications and site plan applications, reporting status in daily VAS catch up meetings.
• Assist in uploading the submission of MP modifications to DM and DDA portals.
• Help the team with Docusign submissions.
• Up to date reporting of Trakhees Site Plans and preparation of approval forms for invoice payments.
• Validate and review record, confirm ownership (internal & DLD) prior to Site plan submission and following receipt of the site plans.
• Assist in following up with Trakhees, DM & DDA on master plan modifications requests and site plans issuance.
• Assist in preparation of Approvals forms and memos for cases requiring management approval on payments to authorities.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of relevant experience in related field
• Reliability, accuracy and confidentiality of documentation
• Advanced Skills in Microsoft word, power point, Excel
• Adherence to company policy and procedure for documentation, processing in releasing data.
