Ensure all response materials are on time, on budget and error free
Coordinate content for LEO A DALY intranet (The Hub), leoadaly.com and other digital channels and/or digital collateral, as assigned.
Consistently monitor and maintain competitive landscape matrix.
Process inbound RFP, RFI & RFQ requests by way of to lead & support the strategic development of the deliverable.
Manage, with little to no oversight, the proposal creation for the total response package, as assigned: coordinating creative services, copy, data, SME interviews, subconsultant materials, proposal delivery and interview strategy and prep, and more if applicable to the response.
Inform and educate marketing and business development team members of new competitors within niche and mass markets.
Attend proposal related meetings/presentations for the purposes of response coordination, strategic advice, and team communication. Personally responsible for notes and next steps of all meeting attendance.
Review technical copy from SMEs for error, clarity, quality, compliance, and key messaging.
Attend and advise in LEO A DALY Go/No Go milestone.
Serve as the strategic marketing advisor on the proposal narrative, value proposition, positioning, and competitive differentiators to position LEO A DALY as the clear lead in project award process.
Research, write, edit, and proof copy for proposals, presentations, reports, statements of qualifications, white papers, and other related marketing materials of non-technical nature, as assigned.
Ensure all response materials are archived & tagged within Deltek Vantagepoint knowledge management system and the LEO A DALY drives.
