Work with Leaders and Project Managers, along with legal counsel, to review and negotiate contracts, Letters of Agreements, AIA Agreements, etc., to mitigate risk in scope and contractual terms.
Assess and analyze project performance with Leaders to optimize business and meet goals.
Manage resource balancing of talent across the Practice and company-wide, identifying opportunities for resource sharing across Practices.
Maintain and/or develop key account relationships and/or client relationships as necessary as part of the Leadership team.
Lead the Practice internally in partnership with Practice Leadership, leveraging and evolving the capabilities of the firm while working with other leadership.
Partner with Segment Leaders and Project Managers to provide superior working knowledge of KPIs on all projects and their impact on the overall operations of the practice, including effective multiplier, gross margin, profitability, realization, accounts receivable.

Financial acumen, including understanding financial performance, analyzing data to derive insights and take necessary actions, and preparing and managing project budgets.
10+ years relevant industry experience preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
Experience in leading & managing people and teams including motivation, empowerment, organization, innovation, integrity, decision making, and delegation.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and be flexible to changing workflow and demands
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in teams
Proven track record of managing teams with financial success (consistently hitting KPIs, meeting revenue targets, etc.).
