Support construction activities in environmental, civil, and vertical construction projects
Wear PPE at all times and report any incidents, accidents, or near misses
Adhere to and promote company safety policies and procedures
Collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Read and interpret blueprints to execute work accurately
Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, graders, backhoes, excavators, articulated dump trucks, water trucks, compactors, and skid-steers

5+ years

5+ years of heavy equipment operating experience
Experience in environmental, vertical, or civil construction
Proficiency operating a wide range of equipment including excavators, dozers, and graders
40-hour HAZWOPER certification (preferred)
Clear communicator and effective team player
Strong understanding of safe work practices on construction sites
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug test
Willingness to join the Local Union
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in heavy construction
