The Field Supervisor – Water Transfer Operations position is a full‑time role within the Water Transfer department, based in St. Clairsville, OH. The role reports to Keystone and involves overseeing on‑site water transfer projects.
In this position you will lead on‑site water transfer operations, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in line with environmental and client expectations. You will manage crew members, serve as the primary client point of contact, and contribute to quality control and team training.
The schedule consists of 12‑hour shifts covering days and nights, with expectations for overtime, weekend availability, and travel to job sites. Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions.
